The E-Crusher is designed with extremely versatility in mind. It has an independent high powered hydraulic cylinder/ram
for exceptional crushing capability. A large, one piece (non welded) side structure with additional reinforcement is constructed
from high tensile steel, essential for its intended heavy duty applications. The side structure plate also serves as a protection
guard to the hydraulic cylinder/ram. Its unique geometry has been a field proven testament for its ultimate rigidity and hours of dependable service.
The crusher incorporates a rebar cutter, always a welcomed feature in concrete crushing and demolition work. The wide opening jaws
designed with a high powered hydraulic system is well suited for recycling of concrete slabs, walls, floor slabs, pre-cast structures,
railings, and separation of concrete from rebar.
A traditional pulverizer, as shown in the picture on the left, employs similar technique as a grapple, utilizing a stiff arm welded
onto the stick/dipper arm as backing to provide the crushing force. In the long run, greater wear and tear and maintenance is required
on both the crusher and dipper arm.
First and foremost, installation of the traditional pulverizer is much more time consuming and labour intensive. In comparison, installing
the hydraulic crusher is a breeze, and it works perfectly with a quick coupler. The main crushing mechanism comes from the built-in hydraulic system,
pure and simple and it gets the job done smoothly.
